Acceptable Use Policy


The following policy applies to all email sent via DeployerTM mailing service.

Use of this service must comply with all applicable laws. Examples of applicable laws include, but are not limited to, laws relating to unsolicited commercial email, privacy, security, obscenity, defamation, intellectual property, pornography, terrorism, homeland security, gambling, or child protection.  It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws applicable to your use of this services and the emails you send.

Accounts whose bounce rates or complaint rates exceed an acceptable level are subject to review and/or possible suspension or termination.

Every email address must be opt-in.  You, as the list owner, need to be able to demostrate how and where your subscribers opted in.  Any use of non permission based lists, purchased or rented lists of any kind is strictly prohibited.

You may not send any emails that violates any copyright or trademarks.

All emails must have a valid and descriptive subject line and contain a physical address that meets the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act. The physical address must be the same as used in the Origanization Verified SSL certificate.

You may not set up multiple accounts for the purposes of circumventing sending limits or restrictions.

You may not upload lists to the service that contains sensitive information such as a subscriber credit card number or social security number.

All email campaigns must have a system unsubscribe link, that will automatically remove all requests from the mailing list in realtime.

Sending to “role accounts” is strictly prohibited.  A role account is a non-specific account, for example webmaster@, hostmaster@, sales@, info@, etc…

You must provide a link to your privacy policy.

It is prohibited to falsify any headers, routing information or from address information in an email originated from this system.
